The vast majority of settlements will have associated documentation that you can download. However, in some cases this will not be possible and you will receive the following messages
Case 1 - No document found with entry record XXXXX
In this case the registration application has not found any documents associated with the settlement. The reasons can be various and will depend on the application that generated the settlement, but the main ones are these:
- The application that generated the settlement never sends the documentation to the MUX service. For example, the idCAT and the PSCP (in the case of the PSCP the offers are incorporated into the electronic bidding tools to be viewed within the defined terms and by authorized users).
- The procedure that has been generated does not include attached documentation and only the basic data of the settlement is reported. For example, some procedures sent by VALISA.
- In the case of e.FACT, from December 14, 2022, the invoice in XML format and its rendering in PDF format are already attached to the settlement and this message will no longer appear. Entries prior to this date, the message does appear, but the link to access the PDF view of the invoice has been included.
Case 2 - No settlement with number XXXXX was found
This is a very exceptional case and only occurs when there has been some technical and communication error in the registration transaction and orphan records are created which, despite having a registration number, could not be consolidated correctly in the application of registration and for this reason the settlement and, consequently, the documentation is not found.
Case 3 - There is documentation in the settlement but I can't find the receipt
In some cases, such as EACAT procedures in web technology (known as EACAT TRs), the registration receipt is not generated immediately after the procedure is completed, but is generated asynchronously and users they will have to wait a while before they can check it, either in the registration tab or in the download through integration.
