I already have my service developed in the test environment. What does my platform need to correctly receive XML messages from the AOC Consortium?

You will need to upload to your platform the trusted root certificates of the AOC Consortium, in order to be able to trust the XML signature certificate that you will receive in the communication via Web Services.
